SWR Equity Release Specialists were set up in 2020 and are independent and offer a free no obligation conversation to see if equity release is a relevant solution.

As members of the Equity Release Council and Society of Later Life Lending (SOLLA) Sue provides clients with expert guidance on how to best assess the implications and access equity from their homes when they need to.

With over 30 years’ experience in the financial services and over 20 years in equity release Sue offers a wealth of experience to be able to give you the right advice for your circumstances now and in the future.

‘I am passionate about helping clients decide if equity release is right for them and then advising on the right product for their needs, as all advisors would agree the best product does not always mean the lowest interest rate there are a number of other factors that should be taken into consideration.’
